Who we are
Grit Agility Ltd (company number SC837399) is a company registered in Scotland with its registered office at 7 Bennie Wynd, Stirling, Stirlingshire, FK9 5HR, Scotland. We are the data controller for personal data collected through gritagility.com. We operate worldwide, including the US, Canada, the EU, the UK and Australia.
What we collect
The only personal data this site collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and message. We do not run advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across the web.
How we use it
Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email so we can reply to you. That is the whole use. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages people send us. We do not sell personal data, add you to marketing lists, or share your details with third parties beyond the service providers below.
Service providers
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Contact-form email delivery is handled by Resend. Both process data on our behalf under their respective data-processing agreements. Basic technical logs (such as IP addresses) may be processed by these providers to operate and secure the service, including short-lived rate-limiting on the contact form.
Retention
Contact messages are kept in our mailbox for as long as the conversation is live and deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR (and equivalent laws where you live) you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to or restrict our processing of it. Write to service@gritagility.com and we will deal with it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or your local supervisory authority.
